*Price starts at € 40,00 per person per night. For bigger apartments a minimum of € 105,00 is required. Prices are indicative and may vary slightly, please check before booking.

****Pets are welcome, but please check with Reception for available spaces. We can provide a doggie bed in case you don’t have one. We charge €5,00 per day for each animal. We will inspect the property before check out to ensure there are no damages.Horses are also welcome see conditions above.The guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property causes by their pets. We love animals, but please remember they are under our responsibility and they have to respect basic rules of cohabitation with other animals and humans.

From May to September or in case of bank holidays:
No charge if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation made up to 15 days prior to the arrival date will incur 40% charge.
Cancellation made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur 70% .The total amount will be charged if we do not receive any cancellation notice.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we strongly advise to contact Reception as we will try and find a satisfactory solution.
