RESERVATION:

• Ve confirm reservation only after receiving the 30% of total amount like deposit we required for by bank transfer
• Money transfer within 7 days form the reservation 

WE ASK FOR:

• Check in from  4 PM to 6 PM Check out at 10 AM  BUT We are flexible if you have particular requests. Please contact Reception for dedicated arrangements (for night check in we charge €20,00)
• We will inspect the property before check out to ensure there are no damages. The guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property they caused.
• We will charge € 30,00 for replacing any lost keys.

SERVICES:

• Free Wi-fi in communal area (unfortunately our telephone company does not provide enough coverage/ power for all areas, we are working on it!) 
• FREE outside parking:700 square mt available without any reservation
• laundry service on request with small charge ask to the reception for rates
• bike rent (also professional if noticed in advance)
• lunch box, snack and appetizer (ask to reception for dedicated menu)
• taxi service with charge
• private events like party. For max 30 people, 4 hours euro 300,00 / 350,00 if swimming pool area included.
• We accept all main credit cards except American Express.We will check the card’s validity before arrival , but nothing will be charged before your stay.
• weekly cleaning for more than 8 night stay with charge of € 30,00
• daily towels change with charge of € 5,00 for towels 

Our cancellation policy:

No charge if cancellation is made 30 days  prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation made up to 20 days prior to the arrival date will incur 30% charge.

Cancellation made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur 70% .The total amount will be charged if we do not receive any cancellation notice.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we strongly advise to contact Reception as we will try and find a satisfactory solution.

COVID POLICY: in case you have to cancel your reservation due to the COVID circumstances we provide a voucher for the deposit already paied. The voucher expires in one year.
